Claus Møller is a Danish internationally renowned innovator, keynote speaker, and an experienced management consultant. He is the author of several internationally best-selling business books, among them “A Complaint is a Gift”, “Putting People First”, “Personal Quality”, “Employeeship” and “Heart Work – a book about emotional intelligence”. In 1975 he founded the global human resource management consultancy Time Manager International (TMI) with offices in 45 countries.

 

Claus Møller invented the Time Manager® results tool and is a pioneer in the field of service management. He coined the concepts of ”Putting People First”, “The Human Side of Quality”, “A Complaint is a Gift” and “Employeeship”.

 

He has been actively involved in improving organisational effectiveness for more than 40 years. He has been credited with the turnaround of numerous organisations, in industries as varied as travel & hospitality, manufacturing, automotive, retail, energy, financial services and government. Among the clients that Claus has workedyou will find such illustrious names as IBM, 3M, American Express, A.P. He works as an independent advisor to a number of blue chip clients and as a keynote speaker. Claus Møller is one of only 9 Quality Gurus in the world, and the only European one, according to a study published by the British Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). His quality concept adds a new crucial dimension to traditional quality thinking: ”The Human Side of Quality”. It focuses not only on the quality of products and services, but also on the quality of the people producing and delivering them. Claus Møller is a goodwill ambassador for Copenhagen, a member of the World Presidents’ Organisation (WPO), and an honorary member of the All India Management Association. 

 

His management approach is taught worldwide in a model of General Business Excellence for companies, teams and individuals, which he calls today Practical Leadership.
